Fall 2023 Undergraduate Application Deadlines

Always a busy season at the Kinder Institute, this fall will bring four application deadlines for our various undergraduate programs: our Spring 2024 Constitutional Litigation seminar and Summer 2024 Kinder Scholars D.C. program, applications for which run through the Kinder Institute and our Spring 2024 “Race & Politics in South Africa” and “Global History at Oxford” courses, applications for which run through MU’s Study Abroad Office and which include an intersession study abroad trip to Cape Town and a Spring Break study abroad trip to the U.K., respectively.

Just so everyone has all of this information at their fingertips, we will update this one-stop-shop news post with application links and deadlines, as those are finalized.

October 1: January 2024 Race & Politics in South Africa Study Abroad Trip, Non-Scholarship Deadline (application link here)

October 15: Summer 2024 Kinder Scholars D.C. Program (program page with application link here)

October 23: Spring 2024 Global History at Oxford Study Abroad Trip, Priority Deadline to be Considered for Need-Based Scholarships (application link here)

November 1: Spring 2024 Global History at Oxford Study Abroad Trip, Non-Scholarship Deadline (application link here)

The courses associated with these programs are: CNST_DEM/HIST/BL_STU 4835, HIST 4835H, CNST_DEM/HIST 7835 (Race & Politics in South Africa); CNST_DEM/POL_SC 4231 (Constitutional Litigation); HIST 4075 or 4075H (Global History at Oxford); and CNST_DEM/HIST/POL_SC 4900 (Kinder Scholars). Students will receive a permission number to enroll in these courses once they are accepted into the program.
