2019 Shawnee Trail Conference: Graduate Student Call-for-Submissions

A yearly gathering of scholars of American politics and constitutionalism, broadly defined to encompass the work of faculty and graduate students across multiple university disciplines, the 5th annual Shawnee Trail Regional Conference will be held on March 7-8, 2019, in Columbia, MO, and will feature a keynote lecture by Cornell Professor of Law Josh Chafetz.

We are currently accepting paper proposals for the conference, which utilizes a roundtable format, with papers circulated in advance of the conference dates and presenters organized into panels which will run throughout the day on March 8, with a graduate workshop scheduled for the 7th. Submission instructions and additional details about the conference can be accessed using the link below.

The deadline to submit a proposal is December 15, 2018. All proposals and queries should be sent to Dr. Connor Ewing, Assistant Professor of Political Science and Associate of Trinity College, University of Toronto, at connor.ewing@utoronto.ca, using “Shawnee V” in the subject line.
