Jean-Marc Pruit

Biography

Jean-Marc Pruit is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Kinder Institute and Honors College, where he teaches in the core curriculum for the Constitutional Democracy BA and in the Kinder-Honors Revolutions and Constitutions social science sequeence. He is an intellectual historian and political theorist specializing in twentieth-century and Black political thought, particularly during the Cold War. When not at work, Pruit enjoys cooking, visiting farmers markets with his fiancé, Michael, and being a couch potato with his dog, Storm.
