Kiraly Vega
Kiraly Vega is a sophomore from Lee’s Summit, Missouri. She plans to major in Mechanical Engineering with minors in Mathematics and Constitutional Democracy, and she aims to work in clean energy policy after college. Kiraly conducts research with the Mizzou Asphalt Pavement Innovation Lab through the Stamps Scholars Program, aiming to create more sustainable asphalt with recycled additives. She is also involved in the Mizzou Model United Nations and the Society of Women Engineers, and she serves as a Tiger Pantry Ambassador. Outside of school, Kiraly enjoys reading, listening to her classic rock records, Irish dancing, and following international politics.
