Biography

Marin Chamberlin is an MU junior studying Constitutional Democracy and Philosophy. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, she plans to pursue an MA in International Affairs and Governance after her Bachelor’s. Marin currently serves the MU community in various positions, including as a Residential Advisor and as the Student Director for the Deaton Scholars Program, which promotes professional development and public service projects for MU students from diverse backgrounds. She also participated in the Kinder Scholars DC program during Summer 2025, serves as the sitting president of the Mizzou chapter of Universities Fighting World Hunger, through which she had the privilege of representing Mizzou at the National UFWH conference in Spring 2024, and is a member of It’s On Us, a student organization focused on the prevention of sexual violence on college campuses. In her spare time, Marin enjoys journaling, reading, and spending time with her cat, Bean.
