For the last morning meeting of Prof. Carli Conklin’s Spring 2019 community seminar on the judicial process, Associate Circuit Judge Tracy Gonzalez will present on “A Constitutional Crossroad: The Felony Guilty Plea.” The seminar will then officially wrap up with Missouri Supreme Court Judge Mary Rhodes Russell’s May 6 dinner talk.
