KICD Professor Charles Zug to Deliver September 22 Constitution Day Lecture at Kansas City Public Library

As part of home-and-away Constitution Week programming at the Kinder Institute, Prof. Charles Zug will deliver a lecture on “Understanding the Constitution Today” at the Kansas City Public Library’s Plaza branch, meditating on long-running debates concerning how the nation’s founding document should be interpreted and how changes to it should be made.
