Fall 2022 Undergraduate Deadlines

October and November are busy deadline months for undergraduates at the Kinder Institute, so we wanted to make sure to give everyone a one-stop-shop to help stay ahead of due dates (application links are included for each program).

October 7 is the deadline to apply for the Spring 2023 Race & Politics in South Africa course (HIST/CNST_DEM/BL_STU 4835 or 4835H), which includes a ten-day study abroad trip to Cape Town during Mizzou’s January intersession.

October 15 is the deadline to apply for the Spring 2023 Constitutional Litigation course (CNST_DEM 4231), which includes a Spring Break trip to D.C., where, among other things, students tour the Supreme Court.

October 21 is the deadline to apply for the Kinder Scholars Program, which sends students to D.C. for ten-weeks over the summer to intern, study, and explore in the capital.

November 1 is the deadline to apply for the Spring 2023 Global History at Oxford class (HIST 4075 or 4075H), which includes a week of study over Spring Break in the U.K. (note: Students apply for this program through MU’s Study Abroad Center).

Each of these programs fulfills the experiential requirement for the Kinder Institute and College of Arts & Science’s B.A. in Constitutional Democracy or Minor in American Constitutional Democracy and can also be applied toward the ACD Certificate.
